Board Manaqer Shafer said that per Council Direction, Staff had prepared Ordinance 90-03 to increase the annual sewer service fee to $248 per EDU. The public hearinq was opened, however, there were no speakers and the publ ic hearinq was closed. Board Member Shea asked that in the future, the Staff report include the current sewer service fee in addition to the amount proposed. Shea moved, Omsted seconded to introduce Ordinance 90-03 increasing the annual swere service fee from $228 to $248 per BDU. The Board Clerk read the ordinance by title.
