Chairperson Gaines called the meeting to order at 4:44 P.M.
Present: Chairperson Gaines, Board Members Hano, Omsted, Shea, and
Slater.
Also District Manager Shafer, Board Attorney Krauel, Board
Present: Clerk Pool, Assistant District Manager Benson, District
Engineer August, Management Analyst Schillinger and
Senior Office Specialist Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
