1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CAT.T.
Vice Chairperson Hano called the meeting to order at 4:01 P.M.
Present: Vice Chairperson Hano, Board Members Davis, Omsted,
Slater and Wiegand.
Absent: None.
Also District Manager Shafer, Board Deputy Clerk Cervone,
Present: District Engineer August, and Senior Office Specialist -
Greene. d
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

. Slater moved, Oasted seconded to clo.e and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Davis, Bano, omstecS, Slater,
Wiegand; Bays: lIone.

$25,000 from Replacement Reserve to pay for interim repairs
on ocean outfall.
D. Auamentation of Financial Plan to Pay for Expenses Related to
the Atkinson Arbitration Case.
STAFI' RECOKHBHDATION: Appropriate $5,000 rrom District's
Operating Pund reserve to augment 1990-91 :rinancial Plan to
cover litigation costs.

District Manager Shafer said the outfall line was to be discussed
. at the San Elijo Joint Powers meeting to be held on Thursday,
December 6, 1990.
Board Member Omsted requested the Board Members be uPdated on the
discussions regarding the outfall line.
