1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Hano called the meeting to order at 10:50 P.M.
Present: Mayor Gail Hano, Council Members John Davis, Anne Oms ted,
Pamela Slater, and Maura Wiegand.

Motion carried. Ayes: Davis, Hano, Qmsted, slater, Wiegand;
Nays: None.
