1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairman Davis called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M.
Present: Chairman Davis, Board Members Hano, Omsted, Slater, and
Wieqand.
Absent: None.
Also District Manager Shafer, Board Clerk Pool, Senior Office
Present: Specialist Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Board Member Wiegand did not vote on Item 3C to avoid any possible
conflict of interest.
. Slater moved, Hane seconded to. close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Hotion carried. Ayes: Davis, Hano, Omsted, Slater.
Wiegand (except for It.. 3C); Nays: None.

Board Member Omsted asked District Manager Shafer if the sewer
lines were holding with all the rain that had fallen in the past
few days.
District Manager Shafer said there were no problems to report.
