All graded banks shall be curvilinear. Slope ratios shall be no steeper than 1.5 to 1 for banks less than 10 feet high and no steeper than 2 to 1 for banks greater than 10 feet in height. Slope ratios shall be random on banks and balance out at a 2 to 1 average. . C. Grading, structures, or any activities which could restrict flood flows within the 100 year floodplain on Lots No. 1 and 8 shall be prohibited. D.
