All that portion of Block 61 and a portion of adjacent streets of Colony Olive'nhain, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 326, filed in the
County Recorder's Office of San Diego County, July 8, 1885, also known as Parcels 2 and
3 of Parcel Map No. 6467, filed in the County Recorder's Office of San Diego County,
October 20, 1977, lying within the following describcd boundaries:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Parcel 3 of said Parcel Map;
I. Thence south 74°58'1 I" east, 220.01 feet along the northeasterly line of said Parcel
3 and the southeasterly prolongation thereof to the center line of "E' Street, as shown
on said Parcel Map No. 6467;
2. Thence south 15001'49" west, 404.47 feet along said center line to an intersection with
the center line of Tenth Street (now known as EI Camino Del Norte) as shown on
said Parcel Map No. 6467;
3. Thence north 73°31' west along said center line to an intersection with the
southwesterly prolongation of the northwesterly line of Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map

being annexed. Also, the Oi stri ct by accepting the
application does not represent that it will provide any
treatment plant expansions or sewer 1 ine extension to
provi de capacity or servi ce for the subject area to be
annexed. Acceptance of this application and final
annexation of the property only allows the property to
be served at such time as the owner( s )of the annexed
property pay all necessary costs for the sewerage
facilities which can transport, treat and dispose of the
wastewater generated by the property. This may mean the
proponent(s) shall pay for a part or all of the required
facilities to serve.the property.
