MINUTES OF THE ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL, ENCINITAS HOUSING
AUTHORITY AND THE SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT JOINT SPECIAL
MEETING, DECEMBER 15, 2004, 6:00 P.M
CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL
Since this was a Joint Special Meeting between the City Council, the Encinitas Housing Authority,
and the San Dieguito Water District, Board Member Dalager chaired the meeting and called the
meeting to order at 6: 11 P.M.
Present:
Board Members Dan Dalager, Christy Guerin, Maggie Houlihan, Jerome Stocks,
Lupita Chavez, and Beatrice Crepeau.
Absent:
Board Member Bond who was attending a water conference.
Also
Present:
Executive Director Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Board Clerk Cervone,
Deputy Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

J1. Mavor to make recommendations for appointments to various Boards and ree:ional
committees to be ratified bv CouncillBoard Members. Information will be available
at the council meetine:. Contact Person: City Clerk Cervone.
Stocks moved, Guerin seconded to approve the recommendations, as attached, for
appointments to various Boards and Regional Committees as proposed by Mayor Dalager.
Motion carried: Ayes: Dalager, Guerin, Houlihan, Stocks, Chavez, Crepeau; Nays: None.;
Absent: Bond.
