H3. Approve permanent f'mancing and Authorize the transfer of title of the
ownership arrangements for the Pacific Pacific Pines units from the CiO/ of
Pines affordable units by: approving City Encinitas to the Encinitas Housing
Council Resolution 2003-75 and Housing Authority.
Authority Resolution 2003-01 authorizing
the execution of a loan agreement with
Southwest Community Bank and transfer
of title of the Pacific Pines units to the
Encinitas Housing Authority for an interim
period; and authorizing the establishment
of a non-profit corporation for purposes of
holding permanent title to and assuming
