of the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 3, 1928, more particulars as
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeast comer of said lot 22, thence along the southerly
line thereof, North 89°14'17" West 12.31 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINGING; thence continuing along said southerly line, North 89°14'17" West
37.00 feet; thence leaving said southerly line, North 70029'50" East 36.89 feet to a
point on a curve concave to the west having a radius of 290.00 feet to which a
