That portion of Lot 22 in block "G" of Avocado Acres No. 4, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 2118, filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 3, 1928, more particulars as
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast comer of said lot 22, thence along the southerly line
thereof, North 89°14'17" West 12.31 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve
concave to the west having a radius of 290.00 feet to which a radial line bears
North 81°27'11" East; thence leaving said southerly line northerly 65.05 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 12°51'08" to the northerly line of said
lot 22; thence along the northerly line thereof, South 89o14, 15" East 31.87 feet to
the northwest comer of said lot 22; thence along the easterly line thereof, South
02°33'43" West 62.51 feet to the Point of BEGINNING.
(Said land was described as Right of Way area to be acquired by the City of
Encinitas in the Certificate of Compliance in Exhibit 'B 1' as approved by the City
of Encinitas July 10, 2000, recorded as Document No. 2000-0399778 filed in the
