BEGINNING at the southwest comer of said lot 21; thence along the westerly line
thereof, North 02°34'08" East 13.23 feet, to a point on a non-tangent curve
concaxte northerly having a radius of 1,470.00 feet to which a radial line bears
South 08°01'15" East, thence leaving said westerly line, easterly 59.75 feet along
said curve through a central angle of 02°19'44" to the beginning of a reverse curve
concave southerly having a radius of 1,330.00 feet to which a radial bears North
