State of California: right of way and incidents thereto for public highway upon, over and
across that certain real propedy described as follows:
That podion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 16225, in the City of Encinitas, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof, filed in the office af the County Recorder
of San Diego County September 19, 1990, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said parcel 2, thence along the northerly line thereof,
South 89°15'11" East 10.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence continuing along said
northerly line, South 89°15'11" East 2.57 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve concave to the
east with a radius of 570.00 feet to which a radial line bears South 85°13'13" West; thence
leaving sa{d northerly line, southerly 101.90 feet along said curve through a central angle of
10°14'36" to the southerly line of said parcel 2; thence along the southerly line thereof, North
89°14'30" West 21.23 feet to a line parallel with and 10.00 feet easterly of the westedy line of
said parcel 2; thence along said line, North 00°39'45" East 100.01 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING, all as shown on the map attached herewith and made a part hereto.
