Quit claim that portion of a recreation trail as dedicated on Lot 7 of Map No. 12816
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on May 21,
1991, more particulars as described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 17446 recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on November 14, 1994,
thence westerly along the southerly line of Parcel 2, South 70°29'39" West a
distance of 50.53 feet to the centerline of a recreation trail easement; thence
leaving said southerly line, North 02°34'56'' West a distance of 91.78 feet to the
tree point of beginning of recreation trail easement to be quit claimed; said point
being the start of a describe centerline of the easement 8.00 feet in width, 4.00 feet
on either side of said line; said sidelines extended easterly to the easterly limit of
said easement line bearing North 02°34'56" West; thence North 84°30'00" West a
distance of 310.47 feet to terminate on a line which is the easterly line of the
recreational trail easement, said line is 8.00 feet east and parallel to the westerly
parcel line of Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map, sidelines of said easement to be
extended and shortened to said easterly line.
