Macpherson roadside park in order to meet the widening of said Leucadi~-5 Intemhange,

the frontage of the Jmes Macpherson roadside park before the widening of O~heus Avenue cm
be done,
NOW BE IT T~FO~ ~SOL~D that the City Council of the City of Encinitas
has adopted the resolution to dedicate a potion of Jmes Macpherson roadside park as described
in Ex,bits "A" and "B" for City highway purposes,
