A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE
ENCIN~T~S PUBLIC F~N~C~NG ~UTHOR~TY
~PPROV~NG iM~'D ADOPTING F~SCAL YE~
1993-94'8 MID-YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN
WHEREAS, each year the Encinitas Public Financing Authority
Board adopts a Financial Plan for revenues and expenditures for the
upcoming fiscal year;
WHEREAS, The Encinitas Public Financing Authority administers
debt financings for the City of Encinitas, Cardiff Sanitation
District, Encinitas Fire Protection District, Encinitas Sanitary
District and San Dieguito Water District;
WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the proposed 1993-94 Fiscal
Year Financial Plan;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Encinitas
Public Financing Authority to adopt the 1993-94 Fiscal Year
Financial Plan as reviewed by the Board at the February 16, 1994
Board meeting and as summarized by Attachment "A" attached hereto.
PASSED APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Board on the
16th day of February, 1994 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano, Wiegand
NAYES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
