President Hano called the meeting to order at 12:18 A.M.
Present: President Gail Hano, Board Members James Bond, John
Davis, Chuck DuVivier, and Maura Wiegand
Absent: None
Also Interim City Manager Warden, city Attorney Krauel, City
Present: Clerk Pool, Assistant City Manager Benson, Deputy City
Clerk Cervone
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
REGULAR AGENDA
1. Approval of Minutes: Special Meetinq 11/20/91; Special
Meetinq 11/17/93. Contact Person: EPFA Secretary Pool.
Wiegand moved, Bond seconded to approve the minutes. Motion
carried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano, Wiegand; Nays:
None.
2. Consideration of Adoption of Resolution 94-01, Adopting the
Fiscal Year 1993-94 Financial Plan Mid-Year Review. Contact
Person: Finance Officer Parzonko.
Wiegand moved, Davis seconded to adopt Resolution 94-01. Motion
carried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano, wiegand; Nays:
None.
