RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
AUTHORIZING FISCAL YEAR 2000/2001 SEMAP CERTIFICATION
TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, it is the Housing Authority's desire to operate an effective and efficient housing
program; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development has required the Section 8
Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) Certification; and
WHEREAS, the City has performed the necessary program performance reviews; and
WHEREAS, the SEMAP Certification has been received and approved by the Housing
Authority at a public meeting; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Housing Authority of the City of
Encinitas as follows:
1. The 2000/2001 SEMAP Certificationis hereby approved; and
2. That the City Manager is hereby identified and authorized to be the official represenlative of
the Housing Authority for all program submission requirements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Housing Authority of the City of Encinitas at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the 26th day of September, 2001, by the following vote:
