1994-06 Amending Bylaws RESOLUTION NO. 94-06
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS AMENDING
BYLAWS, ARTICLE III, SECTION 1. REGULAR MEETINGS
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the HOUSING AUTHORITY to
amend its Bylaws to change the time of regular board meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED
by the Board of Commissioners as follows:
That Article III, Section 1. Regular Meetings of the Housing
Authority of the City of Encinitas Bylaws shall be amended
effective June 1994 to read as follows:
Regular meetings shall be held upon posting of notice and
agenda in accordance with Sec. 54950 et.sec, of the California
Government Code at the regular meeting place of the Authority
on the 4th Wednesday, at 6:00 p.m. of each month, unless the
same shall be a legal holiday, in which event said meeting
shall be held on the next succeeding business day.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Encinitas
held on the 27th of April, 1994, by the following vote, to wit:
