CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairperson Houlihan called the meeting to order at 6:04 P.M.
Present: Chairperson Maggie Houlihan, Board Members James Bond, Christy Guerin,
Dennis Holz, Jerome Stocks, Lupita Chavez, and Beatrice Crepeau.
Also Fire Chief Heiser, Board Attorney Sabine, Board Clerk Cervone, Community
Present: Development Director Murphy, Housing and Grants Analyst Mills, and Deputy
Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION:
Guerin moved, Holz seconded to close and adopt the Consent Calendar. Motion carried.
Ayes: Bond, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, Stocks, Chavez, Crepeau. Nays: None.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Minutes.
REGULAR AGENDA
H2. Consider amending the Section 8 Administrative Plan to include provisions for the
Homeownership Program. Contact Person: Housing and Grants Analyst Mills.
Housing and Grants Analyst Mills reviewed the staff report and staff recommendation to amend the
Section 8 Administrative Plan to include provisions for a Homeownership Program.

Bruce Willbrant, representing Community Interface Services, spoke in support of the staff
recommendation.
ACTION:
Houlihan moved, Guerin seconded to approve the staff recommendation to amend the
Section 8 Administrative Plan to include provisions for a Itomeownership Program. Motion
carried. Ayes: Bond, Guerin, Itolz, Itonlihan, Stocks, Chavez, Crepeau; Nays: None.
