CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairperson Houlihan called the meeting to order at 6:16 P.M.
Present: Chairperson Maggie Houlihan, Vice-Chairperson Jerome Stocks, Board
Members James Bond, Lupita Chavez, Beatrice Crepeau, Christy Guerin,
and Dennis Holz.
Absent: None.
Also Present: Board Manager Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Deputy Board Clerk
Greene, Housing and Grants Coordinator Mills, Council Secretary
Rubottom.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Citizen Teresa Barth led the Pledge of Allegiance.

CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
Item #H2 was removed from the Consent Calendar by a member of the Board.
ACTION:
Guerin moved, Holz seconded to close and adopt the Amended Consent Calendar. Motion
carried. Ayes: Bond, Guerin, Holz, }Ioulihan, Stocks; Nays: None; Abstain Cbavez,
Crepeau.

for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD),

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve the 2002 Agency Plan Update for
submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Chairperson Houlihan removed Item #H2 from the Consent Calendar and requested that the staff
report be presented.
Housing and Grants Coordinator Mills briefly reviewed the staff report stating that the plan
looks at the housing needs of lower income households in the community, particularly those
receiving Section 8 Rental Assistance.
ACTION:
Bond moved, Houlihan seconded to approve the 2002 Agency Plan Update for submission
to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond,
Chavez, Crepeau, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, and Stocks; Nays: None.
