FEBRUARY 27, 2002, 6:00PM, 505 SOUTH VULCAN AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairperson Houlihan called the meeting to order at 6:06p.m.
Present: Chairperson Maggie Houlihan, Board Members James Bond, Christy Guerin,
Dennis Holz, and Jerome Stocks.
Absent: Lu Mohler.
Also Present: Board Manager Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Board Clerk Cervone, Public
Works Director Wurbs, Housing and Grants Analyst Mills, and City Clerk
Secretary Bingham.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS/PROCLAMATIONS
Recognition of outgoing l~Ionsing Authority Board Member Ln Mohler. To be presented at
a future Council Meeting.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
None.
CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF Tl-l~ CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Member Houlihan requested that Item #2 would be pulled for discussion.
ACTION:
Holz moved, Gnerin seconded to close and adopt the amended Consent Calendar. Motion
carried. Ayes: Bond, Guerin, Ho[z, I-Ioulihan, and Stocks. Nays: None; Absent: Mohler.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve the draft 2002 Agency Plan Update
ACTION:
Holz moved, Guerin seconded to Approve the draft 2002 Agency Plan Update but amend
the second and third objectives listed on page one of Attachment A "Executive Summary"
to read as follows:
"The Encinitas Housing Authority :~all to achieve and sustain ........ "; and the second
objective to read "The Encinitas Housing Authority ~?.---:: to attract 15 new landlords
who want ......... "
Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, and Stocks. Nays: None; Absent:
Mohler.
