CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairperson Stocks called the meeting to order at 5:55pm.
Present: Chairperson Jerome Stocks, Board Members James Bond, Christy Guerin, Dermis
Holz, Maggie Houlihan and Lu Mohler.
Absent: None.
Also Board Manager Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Deputy Board Clerk
Present: Greene, Housing and Grants Analyst Mills, and City Clerk Secretary
Bingham.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION:
Houlihan moved, Bond seconded to close and adopt the Consent Calendar. Motion carried.
Ayes: Bond, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, Mohler, and Stocks. Nays: None.
H1. Approval of Minutes: 04/25/01 Regular Meeting. Contact Person: Board Clerk
Cervone.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Minutes.
H2. Consider approval of the 2000/2001 Section 8 Management Assessment Program
(SEMAP) Certification, and Adoption of Resolution 2001-01 Authorizing submission to
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Contact Person: Housing &
Grants Analyst Mills.
