CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairperson Stocks called the meeting to order at 7:42 P.M.
Present: Chairperson Jerome Stocks, Board Members James Bond, Christy Guerin, Dennis
Holz, Maggie Houlihan, and Lu Mohler.
Absent: None.
Also Board Manager Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Board Clerk Cervone,
Present: Housing and Grants Analyst Mills, and Deputy Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
None.
CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
Before the Consent Calendar was adopted, Chairperson Stocks and Board Member Houlihan
stated they would be abstaining on the vote to approve the Minutes, since there were not
members of the Housing Authority Board on September 27, 2000.
ACTION:
Holz moved, Houlihan seconded to close and adopt the Consent Calendar. Motion carried.
Ayes: Bond, Guerin, Holz, Houlihan, Mohler, and Stocks. (Houlihan and Stocks abstained
on Item #1.)
HI. Approval of Minutes: 09/27/2000 Regular Meeting. Contact Person: Board Clerk
Cervone.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Minutes.
H2. Public Hearing to approve the 2001 Encinitas Housing Authority Agenda Plan
Update for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD). Contact Person: Housing & Grants Analyst Mills.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve the 2001 Agency Plan Update for
submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
