CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairperson Cameron called the meeting to order at 6:04 P.M.
Present: Chairperson Sheila Cameron, Board Members James Bond, Chuck DuVivier,
Christy Guerin, Dennis Holz, and Lu Mohler.
Absent: None.
Also Board Manager Miller, Board Attorney Sabine, Board Clerk Cervone,
Present: Community Development Director Holder, Senior Planner Barberio, Deputy
Board Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present the meeting was in order.

CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION:
Hoiz moved, Mohler seconded, to close and adopt the Consent Calendar. Motion carried.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Minutes.
H2. Consider approval of the 1999/2000 Section 8 Management Assessment Program
(SEMAP) Certification, and adoption of Resolution 2000-01 authorizin~ submission
to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Contact Person:
