CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALI,
Chairperson James Bond called the meeting to order at 6:15 P.M.
Present: Chairperson James Bond, Board Members Lou Aspell, Sheila Cameron, John
Davis, Chuck DuVivier, and Lou Mohler.
Absent: None.
Also Board Secretary Wasserman, Board Attorney Krauel, Board Clerk Cervone,
Present: Assistant Board Manager Benson, Community Development Director Holder,
Housing/Grants Analyst Guimond, Housing Specialist Photinos, Deputy Board
Clerk Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
Chairperson Bond introduced Board Member Lou Mohler.
PLEDGE OF AI,LEGIANCE
Mayor Aspell introduced 5 Tiger Cubs from Pack 760 who lead those assembled in the Pledge of
Allegiance.
SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS/PROCLAMATION~
Board Secretary Wasscrrnan introduced Housing Specialist Nicki Photinos stating she would be
working with the Section 8 Program and welcomed her to the City.

Davis moved, Aspell seconded to approve the [lousing Authority Minntes. Motion carried.

l~12. Consideration of amendments to the Section 8 Administrative Plan. Contact Person:
.l~ousing & Grants Analyst Guimond.
Housing and Grants Analyst Guimond reviewed the amendments to the Plan and requested that the
Board adopt the amended Section 8 Administrative Plan.
Cameron moved, Davis seconded to adopt the amended Section 8 Administrative Plan.
Motion carried. Ayes: Aspell, Bond, Cameron, Davis, DnVivier, Mohler; Nays: None.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson Bond declared the meeting adjourned at 6:34 P.M.
