CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL
Vice Chairperson Bond called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
Present: Board Members Lou Aspell, James Bond, John Davis and Gall
Hano.
Absent: Chairperson DuVivier.
Also Secretary Wasserman, Board Attorney Krauel, Deputy Board
Present: Clerk Greene, Community Development Director Holder,
Housing and Grants Coordinator Brown, Senior Office
Specialist Hollywood
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Hano moved, Aspe11 seconded to close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Aspell, Bond, Davis, Hano; Nays:

Housing and Grants Coordinator Brown reviewed the application and
indicated that staff was recommending that the Board authorize
participation in three different areas: 1) Fair Share Allocation
for Vouchers, 2) Family Self Sufficiency Service Coordinators, and
3) Section 8 Housing Counseling Program.
Hano moved, Davis seconded to adopt Resolution 9§-03 Authorizing
the Submittal of an Application for Section 8 Vouchers and Family
Self Sufficient (FSS) Coordinator Grant; Authorizing the Submittal
of a Support Letter for the San Diego Housing Commission's (SDHC)
Application for the Section 8 Housing Counseling Program Grant, and
Authorizing the Executive Director/Secretary of the Board to Act as
the Official Representative to Submit the Application. Motion
carried. Ayes: Aspell, Bond, Davis, Hano; Nays: None; Absent:
DuVivier.
