CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALI,
Chairperson Hano called the meeting to order at 12:13 A.M.
Present: Chairperson Hano, Board Members James Bond, John Davis,
Chuck DuVivier, and Maura Wiegand.
Absent: None.
Also Secretary Warden, Assistant Board Attorney Krauel, Deputy
Present: Board Clerk Cervone, Assistant Board Manager Benson,
Community Development Director Holder, Senior Office
Specialist Greene.

Special Workshop Meetinq. Contact Person: City Clerk Pool.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve minutes.
Wiegand moved, Davis seconded to close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano,
Wiegand; Nays: None.

2. Discussion of Housinq Proqram for Five Year Action Plan.
Contact Person: Housinq Coordinator Brown,
Community Development Director Holder stated the Five Year Plan
received in the agenda packed would need discussion and requested
that the Board set a time for a special meeting to review the Plan.
There was Board consensus to hold a special meeting in the
afternoon. The Board said they would check their calendars and
decide on a date for the special meeting.
Wiegand moved, DuVivier seconded to approve the staff
recommendation continue the item to a special meeting at which time
consider adoption of the Five Year Plan and authorize staff to
implement the plan. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, Duvivier,
Hano, Wiegand; Nays: None.
