Meeting called by notice pursuant to G. C. Section 54956.
CALL TO ORDER ROLL CAI.I,
Chairperson Hano called the meeting to order at 8:17 P.M.
Present: Chairperson Hano, Board Members James Bond, John Davis,
Chuck DuVivier and Maura Wiegand.
Absent: None.
Also City Manager Warden, City Clerk Pool, Assistant City
Present: Manager Benson, Community Development Director Holder,
Housing and Grants Coordinator Brown, Senior Office
Specialist Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
REGULAR AGENDA
1. Workshop to Discuss the 5 Y~ar Action Plan for the Housinu
Coordinator Bro~.
Housing and Grants Coordinator Brown said the goal of the workshop
was for the Board to provide direction to staff so a 5 year work
plan could be developed.
Ms. Brown reviewed the housing needs in Encinitas and the CHAS
p lOrltles.
Consultant Roland Canfield reviewed the housing programs that would
be available to the City of Encinitas over the next five years.
Chairperson Hano declared a recess from 9:13 to 9:25 P.M.
Mr. Canfield continued his presentation.
There was Board consensus to have another meeting with Mr.
Canfield.
