CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALI,
Chairperson Hano called the meeting to order at 11:06 P.M.
Present: Chairperson Hano, Board Members James Bond, John Davis,
Chuck DuVivier and Maura Wiegand.
Absent: None.
Also Secretary Warden, Board Attorney Krauel, Deputy Board
Present: Clerk Cervone, Community Development Director Holder,
Housing and Grants Coordinator Brown, Senior Office
Specialist Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

Davis moved, Wiegand seconded to close and adopt the Consent
Calendar. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano,
Wiegand; Nays: None.
