CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALl,
Mayor Hano called the meeting to order at 10:21 P.M.
Present: Chairperson Hano, Board Members James Bond, John Davis,
Chuck DuVivier, and Maura Wiegand
Also Interim City Manager Warden, City Attorney Krauel, City
Present: Clerk Pool, Assistant City Manager Benson, Community
Development Director Murphy, Deputy City Clerk Cervone
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
REGULAR AGENDA
1. ~onsideration of Adoption of Resolution 94-01 Adoptinq Housinu
Authority By-laws and Resolution 94-02 Adoptinq Seal. an,,

Housing Coordinator Brown reviewed the steps necessary for
establishing and organizing the Housing Authority. She said if
Council adopted the by-laws and seal, the next step would be to
elect officers and determine a five year program.
DuVivier moved, Davis seconded to adopt Resolutions 94-01 and 94-
02. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano, Wiegand;
Nays: None; Absent: None.
Duvivier moved, Hano seconded to hold the workshop on April 6th, at
?:00 P.M. Motion carried. Ayes: Bond, Davis, DuVivier, Hano,
Wiegand; Nays: None; Absent: None.
