IN COMPLIANCE:
The Planning and Building Director of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcel of real
property described below has been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The parcel
described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision
Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant to the Act. Development of the parcel may
require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
This Certificate of Compliance applies to one parcel which is in substantial compliance with
Section 30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code which specifies a minimum lot size of
3,950 square feet net and minimum lot dimenSion of 90 feet in depth and 40 feet in width for the
subject RS-ll zone. Reference is made to Certificate of Compliance Document #76-275499,
recorded on August 24, 1976 at the County of San Diego, which recognized the southerly five (5)
feet of lot 10 together with lot 9 as a separate legal lot.

owner of the property, and neither the City of Encinitas nor any of its officers or employees
