2022-112 Approving Adopting the City Manager Pay Schedule
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-112 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CITY MANAGER PAY SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Encinitas creates positions of employment and approves classifications and salary schedules by Resolution including titles and pay ranges for all positions; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Encinitas is adopting the City Manager pay schedule effective on October 12, 2022. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Encinitas that the Position Titles and Pay Ranges as contained in the attached Exhibit B are herewith adopted for Fiscal Year 2022-23, to be effective October 12, 2022: City Manager Pay Schedule, Grade 85 annual salary $265,200. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November 2022 by the City Council of the City of Encinitas, State of California. Catherine S.
