RESOLUTION NO. R76- 37
AUTHORIZING TIlE ADVERTISING OF BIDS OF TIlE TRANSMISSION
MAIN MODIFICATIONS AT JOINT FILTRATION PLANT.
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Water District has previously authorized the
dr. of the Transm,'ssion Main Modifications at the Joint
engineering aW1ngs
Filtration Plant;
AND WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Dieguito Water District
has previously authorized and accepted the Summary of Estimated Costs from
James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc.;
AND WHEREAS, the advertising of bids for said construction is a part
of this project;
NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the District be, and
they hereby are, authorized to direct the firm of James M. Montgomery,
Consulting Engineers, Inc., to advertise for bids on this project in the name
of the San Dieguito Water District. Copies of the Summary of Estimated Costs
of this project are attached on page 143, marked Exhibit "A", Book 25 of the

Minute Book of the San Dieguito Water District, and by this reference made a
part hereof..
