RESOLUTION NO. R75-34
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS DISTRICT PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District owns property hereinafter
described;
AND WHEREAS, said property has been declared surplus to the District's
needs;
AND WHEREAS, the County of San Diego has approved the sale of said property
as surplus property;
AND WHEREAS, the San Dieguito Irrigation District has advertised for and
received offers on said parcel;
AND WHEREAS, the high offer on the property was submitted by Gaylord
Bahlmann;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the officers of the District be, and they
hereby are, authorized to take the necessary action to convey title of said
property to Gaylord Bahlmann, Inc. for the amount of $36,937.00, said property
being more particularly described as follows:
Assessor's Parcel No. 256-233-05. A portion of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 13 South,
Range 4 West, SEEM.
Passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Directors Noonan, Cermak, Pearson and Dean.
Noes: None.
Absent: Director Wanket.
