Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.

Absent: None
Also present: City Manager Antil, City Attorney Devaney, Assistant City Attorney Schultz,
Fire Chief Stein, Assistant City Manager Campbell, Director of Administrative
Services Schwarm, Director of Development Services Sapa'u, City Clerk
Hollywood and Deputy City Clerk Bingham
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
