CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Cameron called the meeting to order at 12:20 P.M.
Present: Mayor Sheila Cameron, Council Members James Bond, Chuck DuVivier, Christy
Guefin, and Dennis Holz.
Absent: None.
Also Interim City Attorney Sabine
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
Council recessed into Closed Session to discuss:
AGENDA ITEM
CLOSED SESSION: PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
AUTHORITY: Gov. Code 54957
TITLE: Interim City Manager
The City Attorney announced that Council had selected Bob Acker as Interim City
Manager and appointed Deputy Mayor Holz and Council Member Bond to a sub-
committee to negotiate terms of the appointment. Further, Council directed the City
Attorney to begin preparation of the agreement for City Council's consideration.

ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Cameron declared the meeting adjourned at 2:45.
