2019-077 Amend Budget - Senior Nutrition RESOLUTION 2019-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ENCINITAS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR
2019-20 BUDGET
WHEREAS, on June 19, 2019, the City of Encinitas City Council adopted Resolution No. 2019-
43 adopting the Fiscal Year 2019-20 operating budget and Resolution No. 2019-44 determining and
adopting the appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 2019-20;
WHEREAS, changes in anticipated revenues and/or expenditures of the City of Encinitas
necessitates a revision of the appropriations for Fiscal Year 2019-20;
WHEREAS, budgeted expenditures do not exceed anticipated revenue and available fund
balance;
WHEREAS, the City of Encinitas City Council has reviewed the proposed Fiscal Year 2019-20
budget amendments; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the City of
Encinitas City Council does, hereby, adopt the amendment for Fiscal Year 2019-20 as shown in Exhibit
"A" to this resolution.
