2019-052 Amend FY 2018-19 Budget - Leucadia Watershed Master Plan Funds RESOLUTION 2019-52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 BUDGET
WHEREAS, on June 20, 2018, the City of Encinitas City Council adopted
Resolution Numbers 2018-64 and 2018-69 appropriating the budget for Fiscal Year 2018-
19;
WHEREAS, changes in anticipated revenues and/or expenditures of the City of
Encinitas necessitates a revision of the appropriations for Fiscal Year 2018-19;
WHEREAS, budgeted expenditures do not exceed anticipated revenue and available
fund balance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed Fiscal Year 2018-19
budget amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that
the City Council of the City of Encinitas does, hereby, adopt the amendments for Fiscal
Year 2018-19 as shown in Exhibit A to this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19`" day of June, 2019, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Blakespear, Hinze, Kranz, Mosca
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Hubbard
ABSTAIN: None
