CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Because this was a Joint Special meeting between the City Council and the San
Dieguito Water District, Mayor Blakespear called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M.
Present: Mayor Catherine S. Blakespear, Deputy Mayor Jody Hubbard, Council
Members Kellie Shay Hinze, Tony Kranz and Joe Mosca
Absent: None
Also Present:City Manager Brust, City Attorney Sabine, Risk Manager Schwarm, HR
Director Bokosky, Special Counsel Steve Berliner (via telephone), City
Clerk Hollywood and Deputy City Clerk Bingham
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Blakespear announced at the 6:00 P.M. Regular City Council meeting that there
was Council/Board consensus to give direction to the labor negotiator.

Mayor Blakespear adjourned the meeting at 4:30 P.M.
