On June 15, 1993 the New Encinitas Community Advisory Board approved Case No. 93-061
DR/EIA for the construction of a new 15,576-square foot commercial building for the San Diego
County Credit Union located at 501 North El Camino Real. The New Encinitas Community
Advisory Board made the findings required to approve the Design Review Permit pursuant to
Encinitas Municipal Code Section 23.08.
The project site has been previously developed with a two-story 15,576-square foot commercial
