SUBJECT: Clarification of the Minutes of October 19, 2017.
At the October 19, 2017 Planning Commission meeting, Item 8C (Woofingham Palace; Case
#14 -263 MUPICDP) was approved with the added Conditions of Approval. The Motion will be
changed to read as follows:
Drakos moved, Ehlers seconded to APPROVE 14 -263 MUPICDP with the
following added conditions:
The applicant is allowed to have up to 22 dogs arrive via vehicular method or
other means to and from the project site. After 22 dogs have arrived, patrons
utilizing this business shall utilize the shuttle service provided as part of the
business operation for the remaining allotment of approved dogs onsite, up to
the maximum of 45 dogs total.
• No dogs that are utilizing the services of the subject business approved herein,
shall be allowed to be leashed off -site.
• The applicant shall work with staff to improve site visibility for parking on -site,
the visibility of exiting off -site onto the adjacent access easement to the north
and the visibility exiting from the adjacent access easement to the north onto
Union Street to the extent feasible.
• Only 20 dogs maximum are allowed on Saturdays between the hours of 7:45
a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No dogs are allowed on Sundays except for the existing
overnight boarding (kennel) of dogs that is approved at a maximum of 11 dogs,
seven days a week.
Motion carried. Ayes: Apuzzo, Doyle, Drakos, Ehlers, O'Grady.
