A RESOLUTION OF THE TRAFFIC AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
RECOMMENDING A NO STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING ZONE
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD AND A PORTION OF THE NORTH
SIDE OF RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED that the Traffic and Public Safety Commission of the City of
Encinitas, California, hereby recommends that the City Council establish the following No
Stopping, Standing or Parking Zone:
South side of Rancho Santa Fe Road from the east line of Manchester Avenue easterly
to the East City Limits
North side of Rancho Santa Fe Road from the east line of Manchester Avenue easterly
for a distance of 250 feet
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2016 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Babaki, Brady, Grover, Kohl, Lewin, Lindsay, Lisherness
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
