1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Mayor Wiegand called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
Present: Mayor Wiegand, Council Members Davis, Hano, Omsted, and
Slater.
Absent: None.
Also City Manager Shafer, City Attorney Krauel, City Clerk
Present: Pool.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
Council recessed into closed session at 6:31 P.M.
2. CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS
A. Litigation Regarding the City of Escondido, City of Oceanside,
city of Carlsbad, and City of Encinitas vs. city of San
Marcos, Pursuant to G.C. §54956.9(a).
A. Personnel Matters, Pursuant to G.C. §54957.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Council reconvened into open session with nothing to report and
Mayor Wiegand declared the meeting adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
