A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CEREUS STREET AND
A PORTION OF THE WEST SIDE OF HERMES AVENUE
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:30 a.m. — 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. —3:00 p.m., MONDAY
THROUGH THURSDAY AND 7:30 a.m. — 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. — 1:30 p.m., FRIDAY
ON SCHOOL DAYS ONLY
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Encinitas, California, hereby
establishes the following No Parking Zone:
North side of Cereus Street between the hours of:
• 7:30 a.m. —8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. — 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday on
school days only
• 7:30 a.m. — 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. — 1:30 p.m., Friday on school days only
West side of Hermes Avenue from the north line of Cereus Street southerly for a
distance of 140 feet between the hours of:
• 7:30 a.m. — 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. — 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday on
school days only
• 7:30 a.m. —8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. — 1:30 p.m., Friday on school days only
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 2016 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Blakespear, Gaspar, Kranz, Muir, Shaffer.
NAYS: None.
