1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Long called the meeting to order at 5:04 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Chair Long, Vice Chair Goad and Commissioners Broom, Kohl, Murray and
Shapiro
Absent: Commissioner Gjata
Also Present: Park and Beach Superintendent La Riva, Recreation Superintendent Gorham, and
Management Analyst Roff
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.

MEETING AGENDA, COMMISSIONER GOAD SECONDED THE MOTION AND THE MOTION
CARRIED 6-0 (COMMISSIONER GJATA ABSENT).

Approval of the November 18, 2014 Regular Meeting Minutes.
