1. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
Deputy Mayor Hano called the meeting to order at 6:50 P.M.
Present: Deputy Mayor Hano, Council Members Gaines, Omsted. Mayor
Slater (after 6:55 P.M.) Absent: Council Member Shea

City Manager Shafer, city Clerk Pool, City Attorney
Krauel, Management Analyst Boltjes, Senior Office
Specialist Greene.
There being a quorum present, the meeting was in order.
Council recessed into Executive Session Pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a) Regarding Schreiber Claim Against the City of
Encinitas.
Council reconvened into Open Session with nothing to report.
2. ADJOURNMENT
