A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ENCINITAS APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 1992-93'S
FINANCIAL PLAN CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, each year the Encinitas city
Financial Plan for revenues and expenditures
fiscal year;
Council adopts a

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make provisions for a
level of service commensurate with the needs of the City;
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved Fiscal Year
1991-92's Financial Plan.
WHEREAS, unused Fiscal Year 1991-92 appropriations were not
reconsidered in Fiscal year 1992-93's Financial Plan.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Encinitas to approve Fiscal year 1992-93's Financial Plan
continuing appropriations in the amount of $114,578 as ~eviewed and
approved by the City Council at their September 9, 1992 City
Council meeting.
PASSED APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 9th Day of September, 1992 by the vote, to wit:
