1989-21 Suspending the $.10 Per Hundred Cubic Foot Local Water Credit RESOLUTION NO. 89-21 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT SUSPENDING THE $. 10 PER HUNDRED CUBIC FOOT LOCAL WATER CREDIT WHEREAS, it in the interest of the District to suspend its water credit and charges; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District as follows: 1. That water rates for the District be and they are fixed, effective with all billings set after November 2, 1989, as set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto. 2 . That the fees and charges established by this resolution do not exceed the estimated amounts required to provide the services for which the fees and charges are levied. 3 . That the foregoing charges and establishment of water rates and charges of the District are for the purpose of meeting operating expenses of the District, purchasing and leasing of supplies, equipment and materials, meeting financial reserve needs and requirements and to obtain funds for capital projects necessary to maintain service within existing service areas, therefore, the foregoing changes and establishment of such rates and charges are exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act. PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of San Dieguito Water District held on the 17th day of October, 1989, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Directors Slater , Omsted, Shea, Gaines & Hano NOES: None ABSENT: None Pamela C. Surplus water sold outside the district to individuals @ $1. 11/hcf. RESCINDED - EFFECTIVE - November 2 , 1989 RESOLUTION NO. 89-21 LOCAL WATER CREDIT: Dated - October 17, 1989 A credit of $. 10 per hundred cubic feet will be given to all classes of water use because of current availability of Lake Hodges water.
