RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS CITY COUNCIL DIRECTING THE
PREPARATION AND FILING OF THE ENCINITAS LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING
DISTRICT ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE PURPOSES OF LEVYING AND
COLLECTING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION, OPERATION, AND
MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC LANDSCAPING, TRAFFIC SIGNALS, AND STREET
LIGHTING FACILITIES IN THE CITY OF ENCINITAS
The City Council of the City of Encinitas hereby resolves:
The City Engineer, as the Engineer of Work for the Encinitas Landscape and Lighting
District, is hereby directed to prepare and file an annual report in accordance with the
Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972.
2. This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22622 of the Streets and Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 2011, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Barth, Bond, Gaspar, Houlihan, Stocks.
NAYS: None.
